Yes you can fight for custody of the child once the child is born. Would ask for a DNA test.
thanks i talk to lawyer today she said samething after the delivery you can ask court for a dna test and have to go court to keep the custody if they are deporting her
to deport i got
her fake statement saying iam her common law and i was not
working for cash and helping student to show money in there account to get approved
sale car for dealership i have the visiting card of her and her direct number she used to use
her finances and land information in native country which is huge land worth of 40k cad
her farm business in native country

You can’t get her deported the government will make the decision. What is important is withdraw your sponsorship and communicate any information that the government should know with regards to any of her other applications. You should pass on any proof of fraud or illegal work to IRCC. You need a family lawyer for divorce and child custody issues. Yes you can also apply for full or partial custody of your child.
