H & C after AIP background check and medical check again ?

Have I provide police certificate by my self too or CIC will do check by own check only?

You will be requested to provide the police certificate , it will be about 3 to 4 monts after receiving the AiP letter. The background check is done in interanational data base and do not worry, they won't call the bad people and give them your location so they can find you. CIC will protect your private information, unless you have an oustanding warrant in any other country. Y

You will be given 30 days to provide the police certificates for you, your wife and dependants 18+ so start gathering the documents and translate them.

I never had problem with any criminal in any country, BUT only what I really worried that in my old country very high level of corruption and easy to buy police and use police to find people using warrant or something like that... not for sure I just really scared for me and my family.
Did CIC check us when we did apply for refugee did CIC done already with secure check ?

Jan 2013 - rejected refugee
Apr 2013 - apply H & C application
Feb 2014 - rejected H & C application

This is a completly different process. After AIP , the decision will be made if you pass the medicals and you provide the police clearances, when you requested the refugee status, a criminal background was not done, the board only reviewed your claim and makes a decision based on the proof you submited.

I will do everything in my power to obtein the police clearances, i do not know which country you are from but some countries procees police clearances trough their embassy .

If you have not commited a crime, no need to worry about the results.

I know that I have not committed a crime but also I know that in my old country - You can pay to police and open any temporary case crime or looking for case and etc to find people if needed, its depend how rich you are and what the power you have.

I scared to touch embassy, because information about my location could be find in my old country. Very low chance but still chance and I cannot play with that.

I don't know what we have to do now... I think just wait for request from CIC?

I do not know the country (ies) you need them from , if you can, get them now.

But if I get it now or soon but, CIC will ask for that after year, does police clearance has any expiry valid time?

CIC WEB SITE :"For countries where you have lived for six months or more, the police certificate must be issued after the last time you lived in that country. "

We did provide police certificate before we came to Canada to get visitor visa its was last time, what mean we don't need any more I am confuse?

Looks like every case different and not a 100% that under H & C grounds CIC will does the same like basic with Landed Immigrants. Its dependence of your case.

Also I found paper: that CIC already did a year ago my FOSS/CBSA/RCMP / CPIC and NCIC (National Crime Information Center/FBI and etc) clearance result: negative and not criminal activity! (when was on time when was hearing about stay of removable year ago in 2014).

I decided to pray to GOD and wait , don't bothering or trying touch my old country and CIC.

I sent an H & C application in June 2015. Now it is mid-August without any response. When should I hear something back?
