Should add that you can attempt to have removals put on hold if you get a removal order during processing. Always down to individual cases.

If you have a removal order and are attempting to have it put on hold I would suggest hiring a lawyer.

Requested documents sent on August 2024
I call them every month or so,
but nothing has chance this year..still

Since is taking too long, last month I applied at Ontario Service and got my health card using the AIP letter.

•Elegebilit: passed
•Medical: passed
•Background check
Security: in process
Criminality: in process
Info sharing: in process


And ...they say there's nothing I can do, just wait
