I am living in canada. I applied hummantarian and compassionate on aprail 2106. On on july 2016 they asked me for more information and old again. Now in feb 2017 my lawyer told me that they say decision has been made and letter has been sent . What does that mean ? M curious .will it b approval

It's difficult for us to say for certain what decision has been made. However it does look like the decision has been made quite quickly - so sometimes that can raise concerns it might be a refusal.

But again, it's impossible for any of us to say. You'll have to wait for the decision.

If CIC online show "Decision has been made" before medical /police request sent - looks like and unfortunately your application has been refused.
