H-1B holder in USA seeking work permit /PR for Canada

I have H-1B (USA) active till 2020. But I lost my job while my employer have keep visa valid.
I am seeking employment in Canada now. But for that I neither need work permit or PR. Is there any provision or fast track process to get work permit for H-1B visa holders ?
What is the process and estimate for expenditure and timeline ?

no there is no fast process if youre not getting work permit or PR.Evethough its hard process I would say look up at work job sites as indeed.ca and linkedin to see if you can try youre luck(mst of them requires a PR or Citizenship)
