I am interested to do MEng in communication Engineering
My profile

B.E 2011 pass out : 61% ( had 4 backlogs)
TOEFL : 95

Worked as support Engineer for 6 months

what are my chances of getting admissions in the following universities

Queen's university
University of windsor
Concordia university
Ryerson university
University of Ontario Institute of Technology
university of ottawa
university of regina
Dalhousie University

Forget about 1, 3, 5, 6, 8... for rest I am not very sure but chances are bleak

God for any college in Manitoba. if you have 7 bands not less than 6.5 then go for Red river college in winnipeg Manitoba. if your intention is Pr then don't show your MBA and apply for Post graduate diploma in International Business 1 year course costing 13000 dollars. you will get your PR easily in Manitoba after studies.

What do you mean by "easy PR in Manitoba"? PR is not on sale in Walmart! Don't get away with your agents words.

why are you doing IBM after MBA. it could be study mismatch. i could be wrong

I think you should have minimum of 3.0 GPA in B.Tech in order to get admission in university.
