GUYs who got cancelled, rejected/denied and did the resubmission with new ITA

Hi..

I got rejected in September 23rd, for not submitting the roles and responsibilities letter for one of my employer..

My AOR was May 15th, and got rejected after 4 months under FSW inland.

Got another ITA for CEC and submitted application on November 18 2015.

still waiting, medical passed, BG in progress

I heard people who applied second time, got it very quickly ..with in day ..mine has past one and half month already..

anyone in the same situation?

My first EE Applican got rejected around one and an half month after AOR due to translation of PCC.
And my 2nd EE application has been approve and closed exactly 60 days after submitted.
Mine applied under CEC inland.

thanks for sharing the information...did your application got approved after 60 days or PPR after 60 day?

do you have the time lines for your 2nd application?

I am starting to think I may be in the same boat as you. I have had 4 employers, and did not submit responsibilities letters for my 2 foreign employers (Though, I did include my employer's website links providing a couple of general lines about the roles of those jobs). AOR of August 25th. Still waiting as an Inland FSW applicant.

I have opened a second EE profile this December, and in case my original app. is refused ... I am hoping I can get an ITA as a CEC applicant in January. Open Work permit expires in Feb.

The thing that gets me is that Inand FSW ... CEC ... these are just classifications of the CIC. If I get an ITA in January for my second EE profile (which is just eligible for a CEC) I am confident that it will get approved. I think this process is rather unfortunate. Even if my original application is unsatisfactory to be approved for FSW Inland, they should note that they can still approve me for CEC. This would save both them and me time.

Fastest example is of Asivad .... his application was rejected due to POF issue and approved within 10 days in second submission ....

I submitted 2nd application on Dec 15 under CEC inland with LMIA but have not got even ECAS access, so don't know anything about my application. I have seen in forum threads that CEC is fast and even ppl got PPR within month.
So hoping for the best.

Harshmaru, out of curiosity ... how many years of foreign experience do you have and how many years of Canadian experience? Did you provide any sort of online reference for your responsibilities with respect to your foreign experience?

Sorry to hear you 1st application got rejected, currently most of people were not able to access ECAS for a month, yours only 2 weeks so no worry about ECAS, let's pray and you may have a good news after mid-Feb.
