Hi guys i need a help from senior members...

When filling my schedule A form i have added addresses all my toursit visa(Visted india few times and not stay more than 5 months) too on "number 12" section which states "list all addresses where you have lived since you 18th birthday".

few days before they have asked to submit the indian police clearance till present. i was confused 1st because i never lived in india more than five months then why they asked to submit clearance for those period. Then i realized i have added my tourist visas on schedule A form which i dont have to.

Can you guys help me on this? do i have to explain by a letter saying i never lived in india not more than 5 months? and is this comes under misrepresentation? cause i already got misrepresentation on 2013 for different thing and rejected my application and gave me 2 years ban...

i am so much worried about this please help me on thiss.

How long have you stayed in India in total? Sometimes if you spent long time in a country CIC might still need to see PC from that country.

I do not think you have misrepresentation because you have entered the right dates of the visits to India in the form; have not you? If your dates of visits to India are right and accurate then you might just included an info that is not needed in the section which is not a misrepresentation.

Hi Thanks for your quick and positive reply..I even try to get clearance for the tourist visas too but they said they cant provide clearance for tourist visas thats y they provide visa not more than 6 months.. on the website it self shows they can provide clearance for the person who stays more than 6 months. Is there anyway i can get clearance? or should i explain cic ?

below are the dates i visited india

July 2012 to October 2012(3months)
November 2012 to March 2013(Around 5 months)
August 2013 (less than one month stay)
June 2015 (less than one month stay)

Hi Vijay, did u get police clearance in India for visiting periods? Please reply asap
