CIC REQUESTED MY SPOUSE RCMP FINGER PRINT REPORT . SHE NEVER LIVE OR VISIT CANADA .SO AFTER RECEIVED HER FINGER PRINT REPORT FROM MY HOME COUNTRY I SEND DIRECTLY TO CPP O . DID I SEND ON CORRECT ADDRESS OR I SHOULD SEND FIRST TO RCMP OFFICE . ANY ONE HAS ANY IDEA ABOUT THIS ISSUE PLZ HELP ME .

CPP-O will not do anything with fingerprints. RCMP is the one that provides reports.
Why dont you email CPP-O and explain your position sending your wife's passport copy and telling that there is no Visa stamping (which means, she has not visited Canada at all). Ask them if its required to get the fingerprinting done and sent to RCMP...

You can try emailing them.... Or if you are the Principal applicant, try calling the customer service. they will provide info, for sure.

yea i after sending those finger print i email them and told them she never visited or live in Canada before ,with in second i get automatic answer email from cppo .I hope they will send back those finger print to me .i guess they ask rcmp Clarence reports by mistake ????? this was email from cppo .

any way with finger print report i send small letter and saying she never visited or lives in canada before .and wrote all my client id . application number and date of birth . i was little worried because of i do not wana late because of this reason.

i am sure its a mistake from their side. dont worry

They are requesting fingerprints probably because her name or date of birth matches that of someone with a criminal record. So they need it to confirm her identity.

Don't worry about the time it will take. Provide the information they requested. If you feel it will take too long, send them an email and let them know you requested it, but it may arrived later than the due date. They will note it in your file and when it gets there, all will be fine. The same thing happened with my FBI report, and I emailed them to say it would be late. No issues whatsoever.
