here is my case i am sitting on 447 in Express entry with clb score of :
speaking 7.5
writing 6.5
listening 8
reading 7.5

i was wondering if there is any other way i can apply for PR like oinp or something that i can try since in express entry the score isn't coming down.

OINP is suspended right now.
Recommend you to retake the IELTS, and try scoring an 8 or higher in all bands.
