Guys I need urgent help. Please help me

I received email from Singapore VO and that is :

Dear Sir / Madam,

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada. Please follow the steps below so that we can continue processing your application.

SUBMIT REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

Send all the documents from the list below to this office in one envelope:

þ Original Good Conduct Certificate (or Certificate of No Criminal Record) from the Bangladesh and United Kingdom police authorities where you, your spouse/common-law partner, and each of your dependent children who is 18 years of age and older, have resided for a period of six months or more since turning 18.

There may be more than one type of police certificate available in each country. To find out which one you need and how to apply for it, visit the CIC Web site:

If you do not provide the correct type of police certificate, the processing of your application will be delayed.

þ If you will reside in the Province of Quebec, you and each of your accompanying family members must have a valid Certificate of Selection (CSQ). Your sponsor should contact the Department of Immigration of the Province of Quebec to obtain the required CSQ(s).

My question is, Will I send CSQ with PC to singapore visa office or just PC ? My wife received CSQ in montreal but I haven't received CSQ yet. Please help me

MIDI (Ministère de l'Immigration, de la Diversité et de l'Inclusion) issues three copies of CSQ. Two are sent to the applicant i.e. the sponsor (one to be kept and used by the sponsored person i.e. IMMIGRANT, one to be used/produced at the time of landing at airport IMMIGRATION) and one is sent directly to the relevant Visa Office. These copies are labelled at the bottom-corner for ease of differentiation. If your wife have received the CSQ, its likely that MIDI has already forwarded the CSQ to Singapore Visa Office (if thats relevant) as well. You can call MIDI at the number below to make sure:

Anyway, you/your wife can also send the Singapore VO a notarized photocopy of CSQ (IMMIGRANT COPY) along with PC. It will be a good idea to attach an explanatory note encompassing the details.

PS: If your wife have been issued CSQ, its very likely (and understood) that the concerned VO had also been sent the relevant copy of CSQ. Please ask your wife to courier you the CSQ copies as you will be in need of them at the time of landing.
