Guys i need urgent help for LMO and Work permit

Hi Guys .. I need information about LMO and work permit ...Actually its about my friend , he's from Singapore and holding diploma in electrical engineering..I wanna bring him here under my uncle company as a electrician...my uncle business quite good, he build the houses and sell them out ...
Guys any good advise ..1...i mean what we need to do for his LMO and work permit ??
2... whats the easiest way to get for him work permit and LMO??
3... whats the right way and procedure for LMO and work permit ??

If your friend is trying to work as an electrician, it might be hard to get a positive LMO, because there are probably many qualified electricians looking for work in Canada already. The LMO would have to show that your uncle could not find any Canadian citizen or PR holder that was; a) qualified and b) interested in the job.

I post here because My friend want my help to get in here ...My uncle have good business and he agree to hired him but he don't know what't the real procedure and i also don't know much about LMO AND WORK PERMIT ..

I hope I'm wrong about your friend, but from what I've seen...if there's already someone in Canada that your uncle could hire, it's going to be tough to get a positive LMO for your friend.

I'm no expert, but if he is seeking a job that has plenty of qualified people already here (like an electrician or a general laborer...sorry, labourer)...it's going to be difficult.

Basically, the employer (your uncle) would have to advertise the job and determine that your friend is the best person for the job. Can that be done? I don't know...because there are electricians already here looking for jobs.

The first step is that the employer has to advertise the job. He must be offering market rates as decided by Service Canada. He must advertise the job for a certain period to prove that he couldn't find a Canadian. Then he can apply for an LMO. If he gets the LMO, your friend can apply for a work permit. In order to work as an electrician in Canada, your friend will have to pass the red seal exam within 6 months of starting to work.
