Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Form 5562e is SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION - YOUR TRAVELS

I am the Principal Applicant, My spouse is a Citizen.

I have filled my travel info for last ten years.
Do I also need to fill the info for my wife (who is already a citizen and doesnt need immigrant processing), I'm confused since the form asks for it when it says "List all trips you and if applicable Your family members have taken outside your country of origin/residence....."

I'm just trying to be sure although I feel I shouldn't include Sponsor's travels but then i will need to check the box that ays "Did not Travel" that is given on the side of the info fields for the Spouse. This checkbox is confusing me more.. I dont want to come accross as concealing info if i check it.

Hi, I'm going to give this reply which is what I think is the correct answer.
My reply will also help bump you back to the top and hopefully some of the expert gurus will see your question.

We filled the Supplementary Travel form with only the Applicants travel history, not the Sponsor's travel history.

The form says, "and if applicable your family members". This section is referring to family members who are
accompanying you when you move permanently to Canada, ie. who are included in the application asking to be approved for Permanent Resident status,
for example if you have children of your own from a previous relationship who are also included in the application.
The second part of the question regarding family members is NOT applicable if there are no other family members applying for PR.

So my take is you do not include your spouse who is the Sponsor as they are not Applying for immigration.
Did not travel would need to be checked for yourself of any other family member included in the application (not your spouse)
who did NOT travel at all in the time period covererd by the form.

+1 for that
