I have got all my documents Notarized. I have one question that there is only round notary seal & True copy seal with his signature. Is it Ok or will do trouble ...????

Ya but in certified copy there all the required things.

I got the 2nd AOR as a Post on 20th january. It is dated on 12 January 2011. ;D

AND also I just looked at the ecas status and there it is showing "In Process". WOW.

But I have one question that "If you want to see the details of an application, click on the underlined status." This is written in that page. It means click on "In Process." When I click on "In Process", It shows me another page with some details like
"We received your application for permanent residence on .......
Medical results have been received.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review."

Now what is the meaning of "Medical results have been received."

Please guide me the experienced people.

Hi Dhaval,

There is some error on e-case. I have not received 2nd AOR and it shows in process and shows that Medical results have been received, even though my medical is still pending.

I submitted my full documents on 17th Jan 2011.

Does any one know usually how long buffallo take to change the status to In process, we have sent the papaer is in May, file been transfered to Buffallo in March , Bhagwan malik, kyare e loko process kari Medical mokalse ??

hello everybody, its been quiet a long that i posted any message here in our gujarati thread...apologies for not keeping up the promise to update everyone all the time, life's race taken the toll and kept me occupied all the time...anyway, just to share the good news with you all, some of you already might have gone through my earlier messages, this is for those, who did not had a glance over my previous thread,
Ok, i got a job here in canada within 2 days after my landing...things happened just like that...

ahi job opportunities sari chey, ketlak ne jaldi to ketlak ne modi job, pan job to malej chey, survival job pan malvama vandho nathi aavto....just be positive, believe in yourself, you guyz gonna make it....my prayers are with you all...let me know if anyone need any info...

I want to ask you question of withdraw of old application. As i know that you also had old file & then you applied under new system.

So did you mentioned details of old file in form filled for new system ?

What was the status of your OLD file when you got the VISA under new ?

Did CIC /CHC asked you to withdraw old file until you got visa under new ONE?

What about refund for old file ?

Please let me know..

I am also in same situation. Having old in 2006 & now applied under new which is on the way to CIO.
