Hello Upen,
NSNP karta FSW vadhare saru,
In FSW you can go to any province for job and in NSNP you have to stay in that province , and its difficult to find job.
If you have friends or any family there in NS , then its good to go, otherwise FSW.
Before apply to NSNP make sure there job market and processing time , expenses etc.
Do not make any high expectation about canada , that you will have money , good banglow , car ect..
Taxes , expenses ,food everything is costly here.
Btw whats your profession ? What do you do in india?

I don't have much idea about new rules for immigration. I filed my application under 0213 category FSW before 4.5 years! Received visa in ~7 months and now living in Vancouver since 3.5 years!!!

One thing I can say is you have good chances to sneak around jobs based on your both degrees/certificates. In the beginning you may find it difficult to nail down a position in IT/Software industry, but you can certainly start with some technical work based on your I.T.I certification and gradually move your way to what you actually desire. It may sound harsh but it is not that easy to get a place in good company without a sufficient (5+ years) prior experience. I recommend you do your homework before coming here. Again, it all depends on what you want and where you see yourself in the job market.

Inbox me your details like which languages you work, how many years of work ex you posses, etc. There are quite a few jobs for s/w developers in Manitoba but there are lot more in SK and AB.

which option is better - to get any consultant for visa processing or jate j apply karvu? I contacted one consultant but I knew more than what he knew about the canada visa processing..

Also, koi ne khabr che k testing falls under which NOC category?

Go to HRDC site and check NOC roles and responsibility , that will much better.

@ 15days to 2 months of submission on an average applicants are getting VISA
