Etle ke New Delhi visa office ne process karta 16 mahina lage ??

ek saval hato mari application fsw1 ma che and if i add up my points it comes to 67 dot what do you think will that be a problem i should be fine because i callculated my points correct like Edu(b.Com)-20/Lang(4+4+2+2)-12/Exp(4Yrs)-21/Age-10/Adap(wifeB.com)-4 total:- 67 i have relative in Canada but i have not claimed that points because of family problem, maru callculation joi ne su lage che mare problem thase ke it should go smooth i dont have any problem with Job if they call or they come in person i dont have any problem.

Su lage che badhu ba rabar thase ka nahi.

principal applicant naa hoy toa Spouse experience certificatechalse emaa emne je duties kari hoya ea chale pan ena koi point na madey. spouse na points education naaj claim thay aney koini spouse canada bhani hoy ke work karyu hoy ea judi vaat chhe. baki sirf education naaj point madey ema 12 maa na ke 10th naa naa madey, diploma , bachlor degree master ke PHD evu hoy em point madey.

upto 67points you are ok, if it's less 1 point than rejection.
relatives naa points claim karya hot toa sidha 5point vadhi jaat bijo khas kai fark naa padey.
employment verification VO not call to everyone, they will not go anywhere in person outside VO , if any query regarding your employment VO will ask new referance letter or experience letter OR VO will call your employer/employers.
if VO want more clarification then VO will invite you for interview too, but it's rare.

Maru E-cas statu in process batave che and in process par click karu to " Your Application received on 8th August 2011" bas etlu j che. Pachi mai CIO ne mail karo te teno java aam hato “Your file is still pending final review and decision by our office. You will be contacted in due course.”. Ano matlab shu samjvo PER ke NER?

Thats ok but your wife will not get full points for experience becasue for fullpoints she needs >4years and more experience, thats ok if you have any relative like uncle, inlaws , borther or sister in Canada than you will get points for adaptability, they can not help you more than adaptability points, yes you can land and stay with them thats after getting visa but in for immigration visa you claim relatives points only. if you are graduate you claim points for you spouse education too. read manual and guide on CIC.gc.ca for more detail.

Ommbhai, I have one Question regarding experience point calculation. One of my friend working with me got experience as following :

May 2003 to November 2003 as a trainee in a motor vehicle repair shop with the stipend of Rs. 750/month.


Dec 2003 to Dec 2005 as an assit. Motor mechanic in a motor
vehicle repair shop with the salary of Rs.1250/month

January 2006 to May 2008 as a Sr. Motor mechanic in a motor vehicle repair shop with the salary of
Rs.2450/month


then he went to Australia for almost 2 and a half year for study .
He came back in the Dec 2010 and from January 2011 to till date ,he is working as a Supervisor in a motor
vehicle repaire
shop.

So now he wants to apply in the month of February 2012 in the same noc code i.e NOC code 7216, in which
I applied . But I am little bit confused about the work experience point calculation .

he can claim only 15 point for the position of supervisor which he hold for only one year in the motor vehicle repair shop.

Or he can claim 21 points because he worked as a supervisor for 1 year , as a Sr. Motor mechanic for 2+ year & as an Assit. Motor mechanic for 2 year. Overall he got more than 5 years of
experience in the same skill and trade.


What is ur opinion in this matter . Is he eligible to claim 21 points or he can claim only 15 points.
Plz guide me so I can tell him wat to do.

Hi Amish,

For your spouse...you dont have to provide any detailed JD etc not required at all. Only evidence that she has been working or has worked (even this is not req, because no points for her W.exp). This will only give an idea to VO that she can work and contribute towards Canadian society....nothing else.

Just provide evidence for her EDUCATION properly....as you will get points for that.
