OK THIS IS WHAT I SAW THERE IS NOTHING AS YOU MENTIONED IN MY 1ST OR THE 2ND CAIPS AND I PAID HIM 1ST TIME AND 2ND TIME HE TOLD ME IT IS FREE AS I HAD ORDERED THE PREMIUM PACKAGE SO IT IS CONFUSING, DID HE JUST LIED TO ME SECOND TIME OR HE MIGHT BE TRUE THAT THERE IS NO CHANGE, I DONT KNOW MAN .

Strange about fees, for second CAIPS note they charge fees (give you $10 off in that) if you applied from same person.
your new CAIPS note have the Date on bottom on which date printed in CIC. whats that?
if it's new date on 2nd CAIPS note than it's new CAIPS note with no update by VO.
if it's same date which printed on 1st caips note you issued than it's not new caips not.
Caips note have current date and time printed on most of all pages , some time this date printed on last pages only. but it's should be the CAIPS note date issued by CIC to your caips person.
mostly this date printed on right top side on page.

here is the sample of CAIPS issue date by CIC on my FOSS page:

Can some one help me ? I need a help. My problem is regarding printing error in my increment letter, which I submitted to CHC. If there is any printing error in work expereinece letter than it will affect my case file or not ? If yes how ... I need some logical answer if some one knows.
There is mistake in a date. Affected increment should be in 2011 but by mistake it shows 2010 in that letter. Issue of letter date is correct.

I am living in Los Angeles and apply for PCC in FBI last month. It will take time.
My friend from NY told me that why you need to wait for FBI PCC? He said his friend got PCC from NY Police department in one day for canada PR purpose.
So it is possible to get PCC from Los Angeles Police Department and put on my PR file then waiting for FBI to process?
Any body has any knowledge about it.

CIO and CHC will look for FBI record thats the PCC of USA (in other word).
I never heard that any other format of PCC issued in local police station?
Yes they will issue you local NY State DOJ certificate (department of justice if you stay morethan 6months in that state), all states of the USA have this same facility, your California state also have live finger scan for DOJ in some police station even private agencies also do the same for DOJ, & DOJ certificate will issued from Sacramento DOJ for California state.
Some time with old applications CIO and CHC asked for both FBI and State DOJ. Remember State DOJ will also do using live finger print, but FBI record certificate must required ink finger print.

there is no other PCC's exist for immigration related, even FBI and state DOJ certificates also accepted for some local jobs in the USA which rewuired criminal history and Drugs background check in the USA.
so don't be confused just get FBI record for canada immigration, and yes you have to mentioned the reason for FBI finger print that why you applied for FBI record, I wrote Canada immigration.

If you sent to CHC ND VO than send correct one by post or email with cover letter to CHC ND.
