hi, guys, I have an update to share. I sent an email to Buffalo office on Sunday to check my Status, and received reply from them on Monday.

following is the reply:

Your application is in process. We are unable to provide a date when the processing of your application will be complete.

But I check my E-cas status is still "received by visa office".

Hello all,

My cousin has applied for the PR. Now, my question is when someone from ND visa office call for verification of the employment, they usually talk in English or in any other local language because my cousin is cook and his manager is not that good at English...

Language doesn't seems to be barrier while making inquiry...Visa officer are comfortable enough talking in Hindi and sometime in regional languages too like Gujarati...this is based on the experience of several applicant on this forum...

Dear All,

I have 2 queries to fill form.

(1) In Form IMM0008_1e ( Sechdule -1 Back Ground Dec. form ) na section number 10 ( jema educational details fill karvani che ) 4 khana che ( elementary / Primary school , Sec. / High School , Univ. / College , Trade School ) . How to fill that ? Numbers je bharvana che kavi rite bharwana ? Mai 10+2 , 2 yr Diploma in pharmacy , 3 yrs BCA , 2 years MBA kariyu che .

Please guide me.

(2) Bhiju kai form number IMM5406E ( Additional Family information) mare ane mari wife bane nai fill karvanu che to mari wife nu form fill karvanu hase tyari Applicant ni column ma mari wife nu naam fill karavu kai maru ? please confusion ma che . Help me.

Taiyari chali rahi chey...Jan 3rd week ma land thavano plan chey, tamara badha na information maate, ticket cost for Air India 29500/- ma deal final kari chey (Ah.Bad to Delhi To Toronto)...aana karta koi best deal hoy to ahi information share karjo...Air India ni flight book karvano faydo a chey ke te delhi thi direct flight chey, kya pan hault nathi...hu connecting flights avaoid karu chu ane uper thi best price mali chey....bija koine aa price ma deal karvi hoy to mane contact karjo......by the way i'm not any agent....this is just the community service....
