Dear friends I need your advice on this.

I got this letter from NDVO


Dear xxxx xxxx
This is refers to your application for admission to Canada.
In order for us to continue the processing your application, we require the followings:
 Complete or provide proof of completion of the immigration medical examination yourself and spouse/ common –law partner. This must be received at this office by 03/30/2012.
 Pay the right of Permanent Residence fee yourself and spouse/ common-law partner. This must be received at this office by: 03/30/2012
 Complete Marriage Questionaire for yourself. This must be received a t this office by 03/30/2012.
 Marriage photos for your self. Provide photo of weeding reception, ceremony and casual photos. This must be received at this office by: 03/30/2012.
 From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate for you self and spouse. From India, UK, Philippines this much be received at this office by 03/30/2012.
 INDIAN MAILING ADDRESS. We do not mail passport outside INDIA/ NEPAL/ BHUTAN.

Medical Completed: 19th March 2012.
Other documents sent: 21st March 2012.
Medical Received by CIC: 29th March 2012.
DD ENCASHED: LAST WEEK ( NO DATE )

DO I NEED TO SEND PASSPORT OR DO I NEED TO WAIT FOR THEIR REQUEST ???

SOME OF MY FRIENDS SAY THAT I NEED TO SEND PASSPORT AS THEY GENERALLY REQUEST PASSPORT WITH LANDING FEES BUT AS YOU CAN SEE THE LETTER, THERE IS NO PASSPORT REQUEST.

I AM SO SCARED AND WORRIED WHETHER I SHOULD SEND PASSPORT WITH COVER LETTER NOT OR WAIT FOR THEIR REQUEST??????

I DECIDED TO TAKE ADVICE FROM ALL OF YOU BEFORE I TAKE ANY DECISION.

I HOPE YOU GUIDE ME.

well, no need to submit passport before they asked, otherwise they will send it back, right now they will check your marriage photos with Questionaire, than they will ask for passport,
everything is ok, no need to panic, they have some doubt about your marriage ,which will clear after receiving your photos with questionaire, and u will definitely get request for passport.

Thank a lot for Response.. Maybe because we married less than one year by the time we submit our application its been 3 months when we decided to apply for PR..

hi, first u have to register at below mention site for all member who is going to attend,than u will receive communication about place and date,than u have to decide date and venue, and send them required documents.
if u want to attend 17th April than u have to register immanently, because ahmedabad is rare venue, and it's come once on every 2-4 months.

don't worry, casual photos will work. i u married in 2005, than why they r not sure about your marriage? may be u r so long married and u don't have child? but anyhow it will fine.

Is there any refusal after this stage or delay ?

Hi,

@ Air port all the IO are very friendly and they will guide you very well for the next step. Don't worry about that.

You must take DD/TC or Cash. What ever you will take no matters. They will not check that amount but they will ask you. Still you cannot be sure for that. In any case you must take required money.

You can land any where in Canada. So there should be no problem.

So don't worry about landing. Its very easy process.

Tell me your detailed time line.

If your RPRF DD is encashed then no need to worry. you will receive your visa within this week.

Encash is a positive sign.
