can any one kindly suggest me the universities of canada who offer scholarship to international students since i want to get admission in PhD please please help me since my ielts test result will be expiring in 25june2010

i have done MPhil in Pharmaceutical microbiology and i want to pursue in the same field as i have already developed a research proposal based on ESBL resistant organisms

In most cases they do, if your academic track is good and your proposal get eye from a supervisor. Otherwise you can guess.
Two things
1) Academic merit
2) Research proposal with supervisor interest, so first contact faculty member in Uni’s you like.

I have BSc and MSc from UK results are (am PhD Finance)
1) BSc 84% (canadian eq)
2) MSc 89% (Canadian eq)

got full funding.

Most of the good schools like Alberta, Waterloo, UofT, UBC etc. offer full funding if u get admission.
