Dear Seniors

Pl put some light that if I apply in late this month and after some days time capping is reached what will happen to the fees that will be deposited by Credit card.

Secondly what will hgappen to the applications which are accepted by the cic but they exceed the maximum limit that is 300 per category.

CIC won't charge your credit card if the cap has been reached.

If your application is received by CIC after the cap has been reached, the full application package will be returned to you.

How to know the exact numer of applications that have been accepted till date in any particular category.

Unfortunately, there's no way to know the exact number as there's no real-time count available through the CIC office.
You can only see the number of applications received as of a certain date in the past as posted on the CIC web pages. Any other number is merely second-guessing.
