Hi I am sitting with CRS 403 with NOC 2171 , Can anyone predict my chances for ITA and When ,,,, Guesses on which province

Your score seems to be good. Due to new point system the cutoff rate is going to reduce be patient.

Mine NOC code is also 2171.

You can also try for SINP.
