Guidance need on a refused application in 2018

How much time exactly have you physically spent together since 2018?

Pardon me frien! I dnt exactly remember number of days. If I have to guess I would say , she was with me two times and each time it was not more than 20 days.

In that case there is no point in hee reapplying to sponsor you for PR, in my opinion. One of the reasons you were refused is lack of time spent together. 40 days over five years is increadibly little time together. My recommendation would be that she go and live with you for a significant period of time (e.g. 6 months or 8 months) and only then consider submitting a new application to sponsor you.
