what to do with this?

i am gussing you did not read it!!! but you ask for info on the Saskatchewan and how to migrate.

The link gives you all the details about How to Apply to the SINP ( Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP)

Unless you have a less general question i would suggest taking some time and READING AND DOING SOME RESEARCH. when you get stuck then ask more indebt questions.

or you can also go get a lawyer or consultant to hold your hand/ walk thought step by step by step in a more details way through the process as it can be complex

You can also use the https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/come-canada-tool.html

it will help you as well good luck reading

I would like to listen more other suggested places to migrate their.
You need to apply after visit/research all provinces NB,MB,SK,NS,PEI,NFL are usually not that tough however the EE is changing now they no longer Invite people on the basis of points but rather skills.

What do you mean “not tough.” We don’t know if OP has any education or language skills. All the provinces, except SK, you mention require a job offer too.

I am referring to point system I assume she want to migrate with low CRS score but the CRS scores will soon become matter of history. The overall Immigration system is changing rapidly.

OP asked about SINP. Didn’t even say if ECA and IELTS completed and never even read SINP requirements.

someone told me that moving there does not need any formalities.
What are you talking about? Who is this someone and why did you listen to them? We have already told you to read the SINP website - in there you will find an incredible number of difficult steps to go through. What do you mean no formalities? No Canadian province is simply going to hand you PR like its some bus ticket.

Read the PNP website and come back to us with questions, and tell us your circumstances (age, degree, NOC code etc.).

I'd like to assure you coming to Canada is not easy.
