Yes, you apply GSS Work permit, I am also from singapore and my file is in process GTS/work Permit.
The IRCC website says the GTS work permit only takes 2 weeks. Now seems like we need to wait longer. how long shall we wait?

Usually the wait time now is around 2.5 monthsThat is very weird , all Feb GSS application are processed did you check with IRCC website ?

Any longer then it might be requesting documents or it is non GSS

Quebec GTS Work Permit Applied along with 2 dependents:10-May, 2022 from DELHI INDIA
Wife: Applied Open spouse Visa same time
Kid: Visitor Visa Visa same time
Bio-metrics completed: After 3 days
Visa office: Primary CEC EDMONTON, CANADA and Secondary: IRCC DELHI
Result: Still waiting for Quebec GTS Work Permit Approval
Upfront Medical did on 12-May, but not yet updated in file
Primary Visa Office: CEC, EDMONTON Secondary Visa office: DELHI IRCC
