Group5 sponsorship from Iran( from AFG)

Hello everyone, I really appreciate for responding.
I did on 2022, G5 sponsorship for my parents from Iran but we're from Afghanistan , two days ago I received email which my file sent to Ankara Turkey, any body know after that what's next? Also my parents don't have any passport. It's not safe to go Afghanistan to take also new government maybe do or not.
Please let me know if anyone have anything same this problem before

My file is also sent to visa office abroad, it means the file will be reviewed by the visa office for a final decision. It will include interview biometrics etc

Yeah it will not show that
It will now show medical received at the last stage then decision made

For me I received g number and did the biometrics but still I can't access ecas, it says there is no record
