How long a trip did you request? Have you previously traveled to countries requiring visas?

To have a strong application you want to show your own funds. Showing your father's savings, balance and business returns makes for a weak application.

We did not travel previous in other countries
That is one of the reasons too why it was denied.. You must have traveled to other countries to have a travel history. Even if you showed good balance in your bank account, it will not be considered.

Try to travel to any european/uk and re-apply for Canada.
Goodluck..

Your friend was lucky.. but one of their criteria's mentioned already in the refusal letter.. coz having good balance in your acct not a guarantee that visa will be approved...

Hi,

First, each application is considered individually. There are no group applications.

Sorry to say this but your applications/purpose of visit do not seem genuine. Why would someone who needs his father to pay for his visit + someone who has never traveled abroad want to travel halfway across the world from India/Pakistan (??) to visit Canada for 7 days??

Nor can the finances of one of your parents be shown as "group finances". Each applicant must prove that s/he has a genuine purpose of visit + own finances to pay for the visit.

1. Are you employed or studying?

2. Do you have a Canadian host?

3. The finances shown for one of you (his dad) is very low + you cannot submit business finances to pay for a personal trip or in particular for a personal trip of friends of the son/daughter.

4. Why would you submit a job experience letter and educational qualifications? These documents would be of a visitor who is looking for employment.

5. Notarized documents/affidavits don't work. Property ownership documents of properties owned by parents don't work

Cheers

Even for a family business where you are not a shareholder/partner in that business, you must prove you are an employee: Employment letter + salary slips + ITRs for the last two years + Bank statement that shows salary credited every month + Leave approval letter, etc etc.

An experience letter won't work in isolation.

Family-run businesses make it all the more harder to convince a visa officer that the applicant has strong employment ties + that someone else cannot handle the same work responsibilities when you're away.

Sure, you want to see the Niagara Falls (everyone wants to) but you must prove why you will not stay back in Canada after seeing the Niagara Falls

As an adult (not a minor who is applying for a TRV) + as you have been working since the last three years, having a Letter of Financial Support from your dad only confirms that your employment ties are weak and your personal financial situation is weak too.

Again, affidavits do not work as they cannot be enforced.

Was the CAD 4,000 earned by you through regular salary deposits/transfers every month? Or was some of it transferred by your dad/his business before you applied for the TRV?

Your bank balance must be in line with your ITRs
