Hi guys,
I got offer letter from St. Clair college, for IBM.
my IELTS
Over all 6.5
R- 6
W- 6
S- 6.5
L- 7
Applied visa in sds form.
SDS online visa applied on 6th sept 2019.
Medicals and bio metrics upfront.
Note.
My study permit visa rejected for September intake.
Reason:- not a bonafide intending student.
Only one reason was mentioned.
Previously my IELTS score was

W-6
S-6
L-5.5
I applied through SDS offline on 2 July 2019 and got refusal on 25 july for the same course which I applied now.
I think only IELTS was the reason for rejection.

10th 7.2 CGPA, 2011
12th CBSE with 60%,2013
Degree BBA with 71%, 2013-2016
I have work experience from 2016 to 2019 February, in the related field.
Can you please suggest me why I got refused previously.

Yes, your IELTS was problem.
Had you attached sop?
And represent the visa officer that why are you studying this course.
Most probably because of Ielts specially reading 5.5, for academic reading and writing should have minimum 6 band mandatory. Dont worry now as you improve your score you will get visa very soon.
My study permit was rejected for Sep intake. now I am planning to apply for jan 2020 intake.
Reasons on refusal letter,
“I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.”
“Based on the information provided, I am not satisfied that the applicant would be a bona fide student in Canada and would depart Canada at the end of the period authorized for stay.”
GCMS notes:
“Application reviewed. On review of all information including PA’s previous employment and educational history, their motivation to pursue studies in Canada at this point does not seem reasonable. Considering previous academic education, employment history, relevance of the proposed course of study and taking into account factors such as travel history, personal establishment and ties to home country, I am not satisfied that the applicant would be a bona fide student in Canada and would depart Canada at the end of the period authorized for stay. Application refused.”
How and what things should I explain in new explanation letter and SOP?

Before i applied for graduate certificate in mob app development(1yr course), cambrian college. Now i am going to apply for post degree diploma of web development(1yr course) in uni of winnipeg. Completed bachelors in IT in 2016(50%), work exp in software dev field since graduation, ielts overall 7 not less than 6.
Previously i paid 13234 cad tuition fee.
How should i write new sop and appeal letter. Pls help me.
