Finally after the struggle of two year I got my visa for January 2020:-
Applied on 11 September
Biometric request letter on 12 September
Biometric done on 16 September
Biometric updated on 16 September
Background check aslo started on 16 September
Medical passed and recieved correspondence letter ( biometric validity letter ) at 10:15 pm September 17.
PPR at 11:25 pm.
File processed at CPC Edmonton.

Hi everyone.. I got my visa approved and passport request on Sept 20. Here is my timeline:
application lodge: July 22
Biometrics done: July 26 and updated on August 23
Medical upfront: June 26 and was cleared on August 18
Correspondence letter: Sept 20
PPR and approval: Sept 20
But here is the thing.. I applied for Sept 2019 intake but unfortunately I needed to withdraw admission because of delayed visa approval. My college doesn't defer admission so I reapplied for January 2020 intake. My college sent me email that I was put on waitlist as there are no seat available. I badly need a new LOA so I can enter Canada and get study permit. Question: What will happen if I won't get new LOA for January 2020? will my visa be cancelled?

Yes, I have the latest bank certificates/statements.
I added property titles, school documents, PSO certified birth certificates of my kids, NBI written explanation (my name has a hit), additional bank certificates.
I submitted my application on 18th sept and still waiting for “submission confirmation” in my account and haven’t even received my Biometric Instructions Letter
