But eligibility criteria it is showing " review has been started ". What does it mean ?

But it is showing final decision has been made.

Is their any possibility for rejection after original passport request?

Congrats your visa is confirmed.. Once they get your passport the status will be updated...

August 19 - Request letter received for additional documents
August 29 - Submitted the additional documents requested
September 3 - Confirmed receipt of documents
September 10 - Received passport request
September 11 - Submitted passport to VFS
