Before three months I get this email from dera selama embassy(Tanzania) am in Uganda

But still I didn’t call interview or medical, it is normal?

Also in Uganda, i applied for Private sponsorship(group of 5 in Canada) since 2020, the process never get to end, does anyone has new information here?
