Greeting, want to sponser my brother

I am currently living and working in Ethiopia.my brother already has his MSC in HYDRAULIC engineering working in Ethiopia married and with two kids.his company wants to send him to study a business course at BA level and only want to pay his half expense.he already got the admission letter from a college from Canada.
My question is i would like to sponsor him by giving him around 15000USD from my bank account found in the USA.
What step should i follow and what should he do to get the Visa??

Here in Canada, It's doesn't work like that. It's such a question of eligibility to sponsor ; but not about how much you have on your bank account.
I don't understand you well, are you talking about support for international student in Canada or sponsor him

He wants to sponsor his brother’s studies in Canada.

1. Has he received acceptance to the university. If he already has a Masters his course will have to expand on it.
2. With acceptance he can apply for a study visa.
3. You can give him a gift deed (notarized) with you giving him the funds. His company will want to pay his tuition upfront.
