Hi Guys,

For all those who received the LOA before 1st Dec would have got a green label which says Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program right. I got one too, because I got my LOA on the 15 of Nov. But, as per the new document checklist, there were quite a lot of changes, so I was following the new document checklist and sorted the documents accordingly. I gathered all the documents and couriered my documents to the courier address mentioned in the website as well. But, today I was going through my documents and I found that the green label was with the original LOA, the document checklist says we only need to send a copy of the LOA, so that is fine, but should I have stuck the green label on the envelope??

I am assuming it should not be a problem, because unlike before, we used to send the documents to the visa office in our country where they get all the applications from PNP, FSW QSW and everything, here the address is specifically for PNP. Either ways, please let me know. Cheers

i think you should write 'provincial nominee 2' on the envelop

Hi I did send it to PNP, which is why I totally forgot about the green sticker, so I am assuming that should not be a problem right??

i wish so ....but what i know is that this green sticker is a matter of organisation which will help them know what is in the envelope...but i have never hear that someone have his file returned because of that

wish you good luck

Hi,

Thanks for the quick response, I just got off the phone with a person at MPNP in Canada, she told me, it should not be a problem if the sticker is not there on the envelope and that they would not return the documents, the only problem that may arise is that, there might be a delay in processing the application as they are not able to assess which category the envelope is for. So unfortunately for me, there could be a possible delay. I hope everyone is more careful than I am, please see that you do stick the green sticker on the envelope in order to avoid any unnecessary delays in the processing of your application. Have a good one everybody. Cheers

It could have been better if you have followed their instructions. However this is a very minor mistake which does not affect your paper work. You will be ok! :)

Hi sttn,

Yea .. I know .. What happened was.. Unlike how we send the documents to visa office, when we send the documents to CIO Sydney, we mention in the address whether it's PNP or FSW or QSW which I did when I posted the paperwork, so I figured we did not require the sticker coz the address says PNP n that they would be able to sort accordingly.. Apart from that.. For CIO we just need to send a copy of LOA unlike before where we had to send originals.. So the green sticker was with the original loa .. So I totally skipped it.. But I have mentioned PNP in d address line .. So they would understand that I suppose.. But did not particularly specify its MPNP.. So I am still assuming it should not be that big a problem .. Cheers

Hello manubobby,
I ran into the same problem: forgot to attach Provincial Nominee stickers to my application. How did you resolve your issue? Did you experience delays?

thank you

Hey ManuBobby,

Please how did you resolve this issue. I am having the same situation presently. I forgot to add the green sticker.

Please advise.
