I am currently a canadian citizen. I had Renunciated my indian citizenship. I have my GC petition approved and going through the documentation. I lived the whole decade before I moved to canada in the US. But I am being asked for Police clearance certificate from countries which I lived in after I was 16 years old. Now India from what I have checked doesnt seem to have a process for foreign nationals to get a police clearance certificate. Its only for India nationals residing anywhere or foreign nationals residing in india. Anyone went through this or have any info?

Did you check this ..... there is established process for foreigners to obtain PCC

Is this for i485?

Didnt you give Indian PCC for Canadian PR? If you havent lived in India after that, you shouldnt need a new one i think.

OP is asking for PCC for US immigration I guess. Does the PCC obtained for Candian PR work for US immigration?
