I sent it on may 4th and arrived at the office on 5th. I didnt track the card so i have no idea when it was approved.

So probably your card was approved and shipped on may 13

apply gcms notes and wait for one month to get them
Notes will clear if the delay is general or they need anything from your side

Thanks for the suggestion. I may have to do it, or simply send them another set of photos. I haven't gotten ghost update yet.
