Greater Vancouver Area - PR Card processing after COPR - Non portal (submitting photos by mail)

My photos were delivered yesterday but I still can't link the application no matter what I put for the date.

When filling out city of birth, make sure you put whatever it says on your passport, even if it’s a province/state. As for the date, go to the COPR section of your online account, put the date of “status updated date”. If this doesn’t work, try different combinations of dates and place of birth, capital letters, etc. Hope you can link your application successfully!

how did u link your account ?
My photos reached there on Feb 10 but still I am unable to link the account to the file

I used the UCI + LAST Name combination to link the application.
I also had to use Approved Date (instead of COPR Date). And also use my Place of Birth as in Passport. Like "City, Province"
All these in capital letter. Good luck.

Submitted the photos to Vanc office on 18th February.
First ghost update : 15th March (most likely card in production).

apparently my PR card is in production last Mar 11. Hopefully i get it before easter. Sent my photo Feb 18

I sent to Vancouver Hornby St office (Downtown). I linked my application after 1 month since i sent the photos (As I was unaware we can link applications). And I got only one update after linking the application - i.e. your application was approved.
Overall the current time taken by Vancouver office is approximately 35-40 days for approval + 10 days shipping.

Can we only link the application when its received or before..

I don't know when my application/status updated as its been through the agent. The date I only have is the one when the copr document is issued. I can't connect the application
