Great hope for French and bilingual speakers

The Canada Minister of Immigration just announced that French and Bilingual speakers will enjoy more points in their express entry application in other to increase their percentage.

I think it has already been implemented. I verified by putting in CLB level 7 scores (in TEF Canada) in the CIC CRS points calculator tool. Earlier you used to get 42 extra CRS points (for French as a second language), now according to new rules you get 62 extra CRS points.
