First you go to Canada because you must be in Canada in order to renew your PR card. Then you apply to renew it through the mail, stating that you had HC grounds as a removed minor and include a copy of your travel document. Since you were granted a PR TD based on H&C grounds, you don't have to wait for 2 years to renew your PR card as immigration will most likely consider that the decision to let you keep your PR was already made by the visa office by granting you the PR TD. Your application could be delayed though as they might want to see if you just came to renew your PR card and then planning to take off again.James John said:
I don't think anybody can tell you chances of anything. Does it even matter? Personally I think it's unlikely that they'll outright refuse to renew it but your application could be delayed if they want to take a better look at it.James John said:
