graduation done through correspondence

Hi all,

I have done graduation in commerce through correspondence in 1992. Delhi University is not giving me equivalent certificate. As per them, the graduation done through correspondence was equivalent to regular one before 1995. I have got the copy of circular of Delhi University with me. Delhi university will only issue equivalent certificate if one has done correspondence after 1995.

My question is "will visa officer will have any problem"? What you people suggest "should I make my wife prime applicant as she has done a regular graduation"?

Seniors Please advice as I don't want my file to come back after rejection.

I am planning to file within 15 days under 1122

correspondence degree will not earn you points. Use your spouse as principle applicant

If your wife qualifies to apply, please make her Principal applicant

With your degree if you can prove that you spent 15 hours a week for your degree then VO will consider it. Actually Education is one area where there is some ambiguity and VO can use his discretion to decide if he will allot you points or not. So better safe than sorry

thanks for your reply. DO you have any idea if Delhi University issues this kind of certificate ( 15 hrs per week ). I only attended weekend classes in university college.
