I have been admitted to a graduate certificate program at Algonquin and I already have a Bachelor degree. But I read another thread in this forum about a student with similar situation whose visa got refused since she was applying to a graduate certificate (considered as a dilpoma by the VO) after a bachelore degree which the officer found not convincing. Can someone kindly help me how I can overcome a similar problem?
