Im from Pakistan..i did my BE in Electronics engineering from NUST. i have a cgpa of 2.54.. :-[
Could you please suggest me canadian universities where i can apply for M.ENG program??

Your CGPA is a bit low. You need to look for private colleges and Universities.

Get a percentage certificate from your university, if they give you something around 70 percent, you are good to apply to Concordia University.

Dont apply for private college or uni..they are only issueing visa for govt university applicants

But doesn't it count that i graduated from NUST ? i mean its the best engineering school in Pakistan..

Please don't write when you don't have the exact information! They provide visa for good private Colleges and Universities. Just do some search on this forum and will find out bunch of student who managed to get visa with private colleges letter of admission.

I'm afraid, the only thing counts is your percentage.
