Grade to Percent

I have observed most of the universities asking minimum grades like B+ or B , how much is that really equal in percentage ?

Generally it looks something like this:

A+ 90-100
A 85-89
A- 80-84
B+ 77-79
B 73-76
B- 70-72
C+ 67-69
C 63-66
C- 60-62
D+ 57-59
D 53-56
D- 50-52
F 49 or less

Yeah I also had this thought that B = anything between 60 to 70%.
Please if you get any info regarding this share with me too, I am afraid if what scylla shared is true than 69%=c+ I am in trouble :-\

Grade Grade Point Per Cent Range Description
A+ 9 90-100 Exceptional
A 8 80-89 Excellent
B+ 7 75-79 Very Good
B 6 70-74 Good
C+ 5 65-69 Competent
C 4 60-64 Fairly Competent
D+ 3 55-59 Passing
D 2 50-54 Marginally Passing
E 1 (marginally below 50%) Marginally Failing
F 0 (below 50%) Failing
