Here is a one if you are heading for Nova Scotia... not really a government site

http://www.isisns.ca/

I'm pretty sure if you go to www.cic.gc.ca and look on the site, there is something that says immigrating to Canada. And based on your province, you are provided with a few different lists of resources, depending on what you are looking for. I haven't been playing with it much since the website was updated, but on the old one it was listed on the left hand side of the main page.

I would want to add all other provinces except Quebec , CIC is offering services to immigrants.
In quebec it is the MICC indeed.

here is the link
http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/french-language/learning-quebec/index.html
for free french classes.

Here is one that I use quite frequently:

Not to be to rude or anything....just note that I actually tested the search engine of this forum before posting that...

Did you know if you advanced search "programs", and check search titles only, and limit to Family class that the results don't even list this thread (on the first page anyway).

The top hit is only 68% match also.

So efforts to search for this thread in the future will come up null.....so, google really is the best option, and one can search their location and interested services specifically.

Cheers!
