I would be thankful if someone having know how about the process answers to my queries:
* I'm planning to apply for EE. I have 4 years’ experience (and counting) as Asst manager production in a manufacturing sector. The main issue is that the organization which I work in is government owned and does not provide any reference letter till resign nor it encourages (or sometimes allow) anyone to pursue for immigration (officially) . So I have some doubts in my mind.
*will cic accept my government organization experience. i have documents like offer letter, joining order and monthly payslips. These documents are detailed and show my place of posting, gross and net salary, length of qualifying service and I can make a declaration through my boss on a stamped affidavit paper showing my job duties and attach his visiting card . Will this be enough ?
*I don’t want cic to contact my employer ( HR Dept. ) regarding verification, since it may cause difficulty for me in future but only contact my manager(supervisor) .. Can I write my circumstances in an explanation letter and send to cic along with application.
*i have a valid private passport with me but since I am working in a govt organization i should be holding an official passport. The reason for not having one is because I didn’t need to make any official visit abroad on behalf of my company so I never needed one till now. So would it be okay for cic to pursue with private passport while working in govt organization? Will they render me ineligible for being in government service? . Although I will resign from job if cic issues me a visa
