The factors for a rejection are weighed, like on a scale. Each rejection factor is a negative factor. However, you can counterbalance them with strong reasons that you will return. It's entirely possible for someone with a blank passport to get a visa if they have strong ties home and reasons to return.

I really can't tell you much more than this. You could hire a consultant, but make sure they're reliable - if a consultant submits fake documents, you'll be banned from Canada.
Thank you so much k.h.p for your guidance. It means alot for me, but visiting her on convocation was very important for both of us. I may sound desperate to vidit canada, but sometimes love makes you to do this things. Thank you.

I would not recommend applying again until something significant in your profile changes. IRCC thinks you have plans to remain in Canada long term. So your application has to be strengthened signficanly if you want to be approved.

Hi,
I am a Central government employee in India and a first-time traveler i.e no visa on my Passport so far, I have applied for a visitor visa for Canada which was got rejected twice in a row within a month.

1. In the first instance, my visa agent misrepresented my purpose of visit wrongly as tourism and attached all supporting documents like 2 years ITR, my 6 months salary statements, NOC from my Government office, financial bank statements having CAD 6000, and a dummy ticket booked by him, but it got rejected.

Reasons for rejection of first application are hereby;

- I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.

· - I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

·- I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.

- I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your purpose of visit.

2. I reapplied myself within few days by myself without help of my agent using all correct information which he hid from my previous application, in my second application I mentioned my purpose of visit as to attend my Girlfriend convocation with all attached documents like my previous documents in addition to invitation letter from my gf, her bank statements, her income tax returns of two years, her convocation details and my flight tickets to and fro which was booked by her using CAD, it again got rejected on similar grounds with one last point exception i.e purpose of visit.

Reasons for rejection of 2nd application are hereby;

What to do, as it is very mportant for me to visit her on convocation,we are in relationship since last 10 years and i have mentioned that too in my SOP with all supporting documents such as our photographs and whatsapp chats. What could be the grounds of rejection both the time and should I apply third time too or it will have a negative effect on my future applications like they will Debar me for life.

Or,

Changing the purpose of the visit in my second application immediately led to the refusal of my application again.

Please Help. Her convocation is on 7th June 2019.
You were refused owing to the inconsistencies in the details and documents provided in your first and second applications - a very common mistake made by reapplicants.

Significant increase in you bank balance - but the money would have to be yours. Property ownership.

It's not something you can realistically achieve in time for the convocation.

$6,000 is very little in savings. You would end up spending pretty much all of this on your trip to Canada.

IRCC likely regards the property as being your mother's - so not much value for your application. She has simply added you as a joint owner. This is unfortunately a weak tie.
