I'm still lost about this one.

Does anyone think the three years includes work done on study permit? That could be a real game changer.

Honestly, there's no condition that says no students can apply for that stream.
It's mainly focused on "essential-work". That's my point of view at this moment.

Employed (NOC A)
Have IELTS (General)

You definitely qualify for the student stream assuming you completed at least one of your programs later than January 1st 2017.

Pretty sure lol. Honestly they've kept the requirements so open for the student stream.

Yeah, that’s why its going to be a mad rush. Would be better if they set it to EOI style.

As with everything that the government puts out. There will be further updates, which will expatiate on the requirements and streamline it further. We should be able to get further details at that time. But it will be a mad rush regardless. 90k is just too small I'm afraid.

Atleast May ending would've been a good date to start, my exams finish April 23, and I believe I need my completion letter before May 6 to apply right away

That is even if a completion letter is acceptable. Like I told you, I applied for PR with one and my application was rejected (not refused). So it's anyone's guess but hopefully they allow. That'd make my life 10x easier.

Honestly with how close the start date of May 6 is, how can they expect us to get the letter of completion from school with Covid still around.
My exams finish April 23, and all I can do is hope for a miracle lol.

Certificates or Transcripts showing the award of a degree, both of which you don't get until your degree award date.
