Government Job NOC/experience letter requirement for pakistani student visa

1. Here is a case:

I am a government employee on contract for 3 years as Assistant Director Civil Engg. 1 year has passed. My previous experience and qualification is:
NESPAK (6 month experience) sept 2011 - FEb 2012
BSc Civil Engg graduation in 2011

I can not get experience letter and NOC due to lengthy procedures involved. Also, I will resign and intend to go for MASc Civil Engg from UBC and return and teach at some good private uni or engage in professional practice.

2. Question is:

If i show my latest pay slip and appointment letter? Is it ok? Will it cause any problem? Should I write in SOP that I will resign after issuance of Visa?
Please guide as its getting late for me to apply for Visa for Fall'13 intake. Thanks a LOT in advance

Dear Aumer,

Dont worry, you dont need NOC/experience certificate from your current employer.

Just submit your offer letter and pay slips; these will be more than sufficient; no problem. You just have to show that you have been employed right throughout since your graduation and it doesnt matter how you show it.

And dont ever mention in your SOP that you will resign from your current position after getting visa. Mention that you are proceeding to Canada for higher studies only and have no intentions of staying there after completion of studies and that you will come back to Pakistan and will join your current employer.

SOP is your most valuable tool. If you use it wisely, you have good chance of getting visa InshAllah.

And one last advice. Make your bank statement as strong as possible. You have enough time to apply for fall session. The whole visa process wont take more than 2 months if your application is complete and well-presented.

If you are showing you own account bank statement, you must provide pay slips. Otherwise, they are not required.

i am showing my own bank statement but my sponsor put money in it...i mean my mother is my sponsor and she put money in it..

bro i heared that habib bank offers a loan on fix deposit with 2% markup...but first confirm that CHC accept it or not

Anyone working for Pakistani Local or Provincial gov will have to provide NOCs. They might ask you to provide it after you submit the application.

If u cannot get the NOC think of different ways to avoid this question. If you submit ur Pay stubs, they will see how and from whom ur getting paid.

Just don't lie in the application.

So you mean, I have to select Yes for Question of Government employee?? Even though I am on Contract.
