Hi Vinay,

Congratulations for PR :) and best of luck for future!!

I am currently working in a PSU and yet to receive an ITA. Please tell me will there be any role of Employer during the PCC ?

I took NOC for passport earlier mentioning that i am going to Australia and got it without any hassle.

Now, after getting ITA will CIC or Police department ask for any type of NOC from the employer ?

Thanks in advance.

No NOC is required for anyone for complete PR process till the end.

NOC is only required in government job while requesting ex-India leave.

Good Luck.

Thanks for the information.
You mean that no NOC is required till visa...that is good..

IRCC doesnt ask for NOC even while granting VISA. You will get your passport stamped without NOC. However, while leaving india, in case you are not leaving your job, you may need to get NOC from your employer for your leave period (This is a condition applied by govt organization. This NOC is of no use to IRCC)

Thanks for the info Vinay.

For ex India leave is NOC required for the proof that we informed/took permission from the organisation for going abroad for a certain period and there is no trouble at the time of joining back?

Or is there some other purpose for it?

Also, upon enquiring in my office i was told that there is no such NOC for going abroad instead u just need to mention in your leave application that u r going overseas like any other leave request.

NOC is required by Central/ State Government....PSU may be flexible....
That NOC need not be to shown to / required by IRCC

Did you manage to fix this issue of obtaining reference letter from government organization?

Hi, new to this forum. Appreciate if the following can be clarified by experienced members of the forum here.
Did you apply through an agency for the PR or yourself?
How much is the expense in application ? And is it refundable if one does not get considered?
Are references required?

Guys, this thread has made me tensed.

I am in a PSU in India. Anything to be careful about? Have received ITA and in process of filling the application. Do I mention my employment as Government??

Pl help!!

I kept my government job in employment history but changed "employment" to "government" in personal history to better reflect the nature of the work.
