Hello huanhuan19,huanhuan19 said:hey SG
THanks for the information!
When I read this
"Most countries, with a few exceptions, issue police clearances. These clearances are sometimes referred to as “Certificates of Good Conduct” or Certificates of “No-Criminal Activity” and are usually valid for an average of 6 months. These certificates must be valid at the time of issuance of the Permanent Resident Visa. If the police certificates expire before the Permanent Resident Visa is issued, the applicant will be required to obtain a new set of clearances."
It is really confused about the certificate validity. It seems to be hard.
What do you think?
Thank you.
Just make sure its valid or has about 1-2 months validity at the time of submitting and you should be fine.
Another thought could be, say you are issued your visa and have a year to travel to Canada and between this are commiting crime
Cheers!!!
