Got VISA - NO GIC, Admission Offer with Conditions, Paid fees for One Semester

I got my VISA stamp and a letter of Introduction. I am indeed happy and I want to stress everyone out there just be confident to apply with a good SOP.
I will share my SOP other specifics if needed. Going to University of Ottawa, got VISA for 3 years but the program is only for 16 Months.

Letter Requesting Study permit and Temporary Resident Visa

I am honored to have my Study Permit and Temporary Resident Visa Application reviewed by you. I am proud to say that I have been admitted to University of Ottawa. I am ****** by profession, I have my own Business and I got this award*****, I have these memberships, certifications, licenses**** All these qualifications earned me a place among the huge pool of applications after a rigorous selection process. I have enough funds from my work, family inherited property to finance my study. I promise to abide by the Rules, Regulations, Laws of Canada and CIC while my stay and would continue to proceed with my livelihood after course of study. I would be deeply pleased and happy if you could grant me a Study Permit and Temporary Resident Visa so that I could do start my course and progress in my Career.

I have many issues that would get a rejection. So lets see.

Profile
University of Ottawa - Had two admission conditions (One was to send original diploma, Letter from previous university in US because the degree was incomplete)
Met the conditions and then paid the fees, U of Ottawa refused to give a letter stating conditions are removed as they insisted they would inform CIC if asked.
10th - 85 % (Did not submit)
12th - 75 % (Did not submit)
B.Tech - 80 % (Submitted all the mark sheets semester wise - 4 backlogs)
MBA(in USA)- 89% (Did not submit)
going to Meng ECE

Paid fees for one Semester( Applied Receipt from ICICI bank and not from the University Category - I got the receipt after applying for VISA), loan for 7.5 Lakhs, IELTS - 8.00, Gave an SOP saying my circumstances why I am going to Canada, why I am leaving my degree in US incomplete and why I will return back to India etc). I submitted a letter from the dean of the institute recommending my admission also.

I just wanted to apply and I did, My admission offer is valid for September 2013 also, so incase If I dont get now I will apply with more documents in the next few months.
